1. Use of Services

By booking with Fairmount Car Service, you agree to provide accurate information and use our services lawfully. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Bookings & Payment

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit as specified at time of booking. Prices are subject to change without notice for future bookings.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% charge. No-shows are charged in full.

4. Liability

Fairmount Car Service is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other conditions beyond our control. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal property.
